Who is your favorite Author ? Zombie Community forum - Stephen King would have to be my Choice as far as Authors - But Don't count George Romero out - He did do all the Living Dead series and wrote the first script for Resident Evil too !

I'm with you undead!! My favorite author is also Stephen King. I have tons of his books. I also love Dean Koontz and Robin Cook!!
Clive Barker, hands down. Chuck Palahniuk and Stephen King are very close seconds, though.

Almost forgot to thanks to 666 and Destroyer for giving me other great authors to track down and read some of their books.

Might I suggest Creature, by John Saul, Rant and Survivor by Chuck Palahniuk and oh, almost forgot, Exquisite Corpse by Poppy Z Brite. But be forewarned, the last novel could be quite disturbing in ways other than the extreme descriptions of gore. Google it for further info.

I really Stephen King's Work Funny or Scary, Sarcastic or Intelligent, He seems to be able to, like
you said "draw you in" lol ~I've always liked his Books and Movies. I was just saying to myself the other day, while thinking of a horror story ~How to get a persons attention? How to make the pieces come together and Stick in your mind ? ~ leave you wanting to hear more of the story? Gee! Wouldn't it be great to call up Stephen King and say "hey! I have this real good idea for a story! Please oh please ~. Could you write it? (lol )
